4. Take The Stairs
We’re all lazy… Those escalators and elevators are so inviting!
But with our busy schedules sometimes it’s difficult to find time to exercise daily (or at all!). Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a way of fitting a workout in your routine. It burns calories, work your booty and legs, strengthen your heart and lungs, helps stimulate the production of hormones like endorphins and dopamine, which make you feel good and more focused. A couple of flight of stairs a day will make a huge difference in your body.
