The CCPA generally states that subject to certain exceptions and limitations, the exchange of personal information shall include any transfer of personal information for a monetary, financial, or other valuable consideration.

Should Participants choose to utilize an authorized representative, attorney-in-fact, or any other duly authorized agent, such a request to opt-out on Participant’s behalf shall be sent via the United States Mail and shall include a duly executed and notarized Power of Attorney or notarized affidavit to effect such purpose.  Should a Participant utilize any online opt-out access point, the Power of Attorney or notarized affidavit is still required to be mailed to Company via United States mail to the address specified above within five (5) days after submitting the online request.
