10 Self-Care Methods to Manage Stress and Anxiety While Quarantined

If you’re a mother, you’re probably swamped from early in the morning until late in the evening. It’s a full-time job and you might even have another full-time job on top of that. We’ve put together a list of ten self-care methods to manage stress and anxiety while quarantined.

1. Exercise

It’s important to do aerobic exercise for at least thirty minutes three times per week. This will help you be happier and healthier. It will also help you look your best and have the energy for everyone in your life. You might want to consider running on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike, yoga, and bodyweight exercises.

2. Get enough sleep

It’s important to get at least seven to nine hours of sleep per night. If you can, go to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening. It will make a world of difference. Getting enough rest means that you’ll be fully present when cooking meals, helping your kids with school work and interacting with your spouse.
