The 90s had some of the weirdest traditions when it came to parenting and raising children. One of them was that people kept telling new mothers not to think bad thoughts while they were pregnant because that would result in the child being of an obstinate nature and being a nuisance. It was told to think nice and calm thoughts.
26. The Curse Of Leftism
For a long time during the 90s, people could not understand the mechanism behind leftism. People used to think that leftism was a cause of curse or a medical defect and leftism was corrected by using a proper cast that inhibited the movement of the left hand. This was a painful practice and therefore, was slowly deteriorated.
