21. We Can’t Match This
I am extremely glad that people these days are not allowed to keep lions as pets or I can only think of how much status competition that would bring, but in the past such frivolities were not only allowed but encouraged as well. In this picture, we see a child petting his pet lion, and we can just sympathize with the caged lion and hope it was let free at one point.
22. Be Cautious
There was lots of bad parenting observed in the past. From this picture alone, we can see that health and safety was never a concern. People of previous times used to believe that children could fall and would learn to get up on their own. However, this picture of a girl at a zoo just makes me hope that no child falls.
