Visiting a zoo might not seem like a weird experience, but Austin just couldn’t have a normal zoo. Austin Zoo is the home of rescued animals only, so no purchasing of famous pandas going on here. The zoo even has domesticated rescues such as pot-bellied pigs and miniature donkeys.
