5. Pretend Play
This is an excellent idea for the little kids who love to pretend to be their favorite character. One idea is to have your child pretend to be the cashier at a fast-food drive-thru or a barista at a coffeehouse.
Have your kids say, “Welcome to McDonald’s, may I take your order?”, and you can order the food. The children can use some pantry items as pretend food. This game teaches them about what people do in everyday life.
