This year, you probably want to lead a happier, healthier lifestyle. This can include losing some weight, reducing your debt or even finding a new job. However, for most mothers, stress and anxiety are the main culprits. So if you’d like to manage your mommy stress, here are four new ways to help you cope better.

  1. Remember to Laugh

In today’s hectic world, it is easy to forget that sometimes the best medicine is to laugh and smile. Laughing promotes muscle relaxation and can reduce your blood pressure. As you begin your new year, remember that you will feel more relaxed if you have a sense of humor. So, don’t sweat the small stuff and look for the humor in life as much as you can.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed at work or at home, it is always a good idea to ask for help where you can.
