Suicide Forest, Japan
The Suicide Forest, or Aokigahara, is a famous forest in northwestern Japan where hundreds have gone to commit suicide. The reason so many chose this location to kill themselves is unknown, though it’s isolation is likely a factor. Because of this, it’s one of the creepiest places to visit. You never know what you might find within.

Hanging Coffins of Sagada, Philippines
This eerie destination is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. The burial ritual of the Sagada people involves carving one’s own coffin before death. They, they suspend your coffin in caves or on cliffsides. The result is the haunting sight of coffins hanging on top of each other high in the air.
