1. Kara Goucher

Kara is a 3-time NCAA long-distance running champion and has also won Silver in the 10,000m at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, Japan.  She's also won the Bronze in the 3000m at the 2006 World Cup in Athens, Greece.  Today, Goucher is now 40 years old with an eight-year old son, Colton.

Summer was a world-class Swimmer with many accolades in her illustrious career, including four medals in the 1992 Olympic Games and three medals in the 1991 World Championships.  Summer was also an 8-time US National Champion and a 9-time NCAA Champion.  Today, Summer is now 46 years old with two children, a son and a daughter.
