Farmers Markets
What may seem like a routine shopping trip for you can be an exciting place for your toddler to explore. Being outdoors makes the farmers market much more fun than the grocery store, and there are usually tasty samples to try and sometimes even live music to dance to. Turn it into a learning experience by asking your child to find specific items, like “one red apple” or “two green peppers”.
Even though it can be a lot of work to go anywhere with a toddler, these activities can be fun for you both.
